In preparation for the conference science sessions, we are providing presenters with instructions and guidance to submit your pre-recorded talks. We are also requesting you submit a presentation summary slide for the “What’s New in the Bay” conference booklet, which will be distributed to local communities as an at a glance document that highlights significant findings along with abstracts, links to the talks and presenter information. Please submit your files in this File Upload Google Form by Monday, March 8 2021 5:00 pm AK.

If you are looking for additional guidance on presenting to a virtual audience, consider attending a pre-conference training next week on the successful design and delivery of a science-based virtual conference presentation. Registration is required and space is limited. Costs will be covered for presenters by the KBNERR Coastal Training Program (training is normally $50 per person). See links to register below in the previous email.
Session chairs will be working on the live portions of the conference including panel discussions and may reach out to you with a request to join a panel. Please let us know if you have any questions or if you need technical assistance.
